Your Role:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and participate in interviews, providing a great candidate experience.
• Onboarding Support: Help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.  

Job Requirements

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
