What You’ll Do:

• IT Operations: Ensure seamless performance of our computer systems, from installing and maintaining software to managing data backups and liaising with vendors
• Helpdesk Support: Provide 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain strong communication with users to resolve problems effectively.
• Reporting: Use tools like Crystal Reports and Microsoft Excel to generate insightful reports, including application, helpdesk, and internet usage summaries.
• Onboarding Support: Set up systems software and hardware for new team members.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years as a Helpdesk Analyst or IT Administrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and Windows Server / Windows 7.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
