Job Description
POSITION: Telesales Outbound Call
Join Date: 10th September 2025
Work Location: Rusila, Marang, Terengganu
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours:
- Moday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5 hours to complete KPI)
➡ Flexibility to skip working on Saturday if weekly target is achieved
Salary Range: RM1,700 – RM1,900 + Commission
(Language allowance provided for Mandarin speakers)
Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and promotions.
- Handle customer applications and sales enquiries via phone.
- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and services with a high level of professionalism.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company guidelines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to start on 10th September 2025
- Join training provided for 2 Weeks
