We are seeking a highly experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions across several overseas operations.The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on leader who can balance global HR standards with local market needs. This position requires overseas travel to various locations and a high degree of adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

全面负责海外人力资源管理工作,包括招聘、薪酬与福利设计、绩效体系建设、员工关系、培训与发展,确保制度合法合规并与公司战略保持一致。
Fully responsible for overseas HR management, including recruitment, compensation and benefits design, performance system development, employee relations, training and development, ensuring compliance and alignment with company strategy.

设计并执行海外员工薪酬福利方案;定期进行薪酬调研,确保薪酬政策符合市场水平及公司规定。
Design and implement overseas employee compensation and benefits programs; conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure policies meet market standards and company regulations.

建立和优化海外人力资源管理制度与流程,在总部标准与当地文化之间取得平衡,提升管理效率。
Establish and optimize overseas HR management systems and processes, balancing headquarters standards with local culture to enhance efficiency.

根据海外业务发展需要,制定并落实本地化人力资源规划,支持人才储备和继任计划。
Develop and implement localized HR strategies to support business growth, talent pipeline, and succession planning.

与业务部门共同推进海外核心岗位招聘,拓展招聘渠道,建设人才储备库,确保关键人才按时到岗。
Collaborate with business units to drive recruitment for key overseas roles, expand sourcing channels, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely onboarding of critical hires.

搭建并推行有效的绩效管理体系,指导各部门目标设定、跟踪与评估,持续提升团队绩效。
Develop and implement an effective performance management system; guide departments in goal setting, tracking, and evaluation to continuously improve performance.

管理海外员工关系,包括合同签订、沟通交流、劳动争议处理及文化融合,营造积极的工作氛围。
Manage overseas employee relations, including contract management, communication, dispute resolution, and cultural integration, fostering a positive work environment.

组织实施各国培训与发展计划,根据业务与员工需求制定培训方案,提升专业技能与综合素质。
Organize and implement training and development programs across regions, tailoring initiatives to business and employee needs to enhance skills and competencies.

定期向总部提交海外人力资源情况报告,包括人力结构、薪酬数据及绩效结果,为管理决策提供依据。
Submit regular HR reports to headquarters, covering workforce structure, compensation data, and performance outcomes to support management decisions.

持续跟踪海外各国劳动法规与人力资源政策的变化,及时调整战略与制度,确保合规运营。
Monitor changes in overseas labor laws and HR policies, adjusting strategies and systems in a timely manner to ensure compliance.


Job Requirements

  • 学历要求:
    本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或其他相关专业优先。
    Education Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related majors.

  • 工作经验:
    具有 5–8 年人力资源工作经验,其中不少于 3 年海外人力资源管理经验,或在跨国公司人力资源核心岗位的经历。有中国跨国企业背景者优先考虑。
    Work Experience:
    At least 5–8 years of HR experience, including no less than 3 years in overseas HR management or as a core HR member in a multinational company. Prior experience in a Chinese multinational enterprise is preferred.

  • 语言能力:
    中英文听、说、读、写流利。
    Language Skills:
    Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Both Mandarin and English.

  • 专业知识:
    全面掌握人力资源各模块;熟悉主要国家的劳动法律法规、社会保障政策及人力资源实务;具备扎实的合规管理能力。
    Professional Knowledge:
    Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions; familiarity with major countries’ labor laws, social security policies, and HR practices; strong compliance management capabilities.

  • 技能要求:
    具备卓越的沟通与协调能力、跨文化团队管理能力,以及较强的问题解决和项目执行能力;熟练掌握办公软件及人力资源管理系统。
    Skills Requirements:
    Excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-cultural team management ability, strong problem-solving and project execution skills; proficient in office software and HR management systems.

  • 个人素质:
    责任心强、具备良好的职业操守和抗压能力;能够适应海外出差或长期驻外工作;高度的保密意识,并认同公司文化与价值观。
    Personal Qualities:
    Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, and resilience under pressure; ability to adapt to overseas business travel or long-term assignments; high confidentiality awareness and alignment with company culture and values.

  • 其他条件:
    曾在中国留学,或持有人力资源国际认证(如 SHRM-CP/SCP、HRCI 等)者优先。
    Other Conditions:
    Candidates with international HR certifications (e.g; SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI) will be given preference.
