We are seeking a highly experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions across several overseas operations.The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, hands-on leader who can balance global HR standards with local market needs. This position requires overseas travel to various locations and a high degree of adaptability.

Design and implement overseas employee compensation and benefits programs; conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure policies meet market standards and company regulations.

Establish and optimize overseas HR management systems and processes, balancing headquarters standards with local culture to enhance efficiency.

Develop and implement localized HR strategies to support business growth, talent pipeline, and succession planning.
与业务部门共同推进海外核心岗位招聘,拓展招聘渠道,建设人才储备库,确保关键人才按时到岗。
Collaborate with business units to drive recruitment for key overseas roles, expand sourcing channels, build talent pipelines, and ensure timely onboarding of critical hires.
搭建并推行有效的绩效管理体系,指导各部门目标设定、跟踪与评估,持续提升团队绩效。
Develop and implement an effective performance management system; guide departments in goal setting, tracking, and evaluation to continuously improve performance.
管理海外员工关系,包括合同签订、沟通交流、劳动争议处理及文化融合,营造积极的工作氛围。
Manage overseas employee relations, including contract management, communication, dispute resolution, and cultural integration, fostering a positive work environment.

Organize and implement training and development programs across regions, tailoring initiatives to business and employee needs to enhance skills and competencies.

Submit regular HR reports to headquarters, covering workforce structure, compensation data, and performance outcomes to support management decisions.
