Job Description

1. Write, design and execute test plans including creating test scenario and detail test scripts manually and upload to the scripts to the automation tool.
2. Conduct meeting with business users to review test scenario for better understanding of the scope of projects and business requirements.
3. Design test plan for System Integration Test (“SIT”) activities, based on defined testing scopes.
4. Working with system developers and/or vendors to ensure readiness of test environments.
5. Verify the functionality of applications and software systems are according to the requirements.
6. Prepare test data either manually or using the automation facilities.
7. Conducting stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, regression testing and scalability testing.
8. Compiling and summarizing variance reports.
9. Monitoring bug fixing progress and compile testing artifacts.
10. Working towards departmental and project deadlines.
11. Quality assurance.
12. Providing objective feedback to system development teams.
13. Working on multiple projects at one time.
14. Work closely with Business Analyst, business user tester and developers to investigate testing issue solutions. 
15. Walkthrough session for stakeholders.
16. Prepare To-Be document – documentation for the screen(s) involved during SIT.
17. Other duties may be assigned.
18. Deliverables:

•     Test Script sign off documents.
•     SIT test plan, test result and sign off document.
•     Testing statistic reports for daily updates.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree.
2. Four to seven years of experience in developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, preparing and loading test data, and creating test scenarios.
3. More than two years of financial industry experience.
4. Minimum one (1) year experience in design and coding of test automation. Experience with commercial test automation software packages and creating custom test automation is a plus.
5. Possesses certification related to testing such as Certified Testers Foundation Level (CTFL) is an advantage.
6. Experience working with MS SQL & Oracle and the ability to write simple to moderate SQL queries is preferred.
7. Experienced in Test Management Tools (JIRA, HPQC, etc).
8. Experience in API & webservice testing.
9. Knowledge in performance test (Jmeter), Agile process, Robot Framework & Test Project will be added advantage. 
10. Experience in a variety of testing such as Function, Boundary, Exception, Penetration, Integration Test, System Test, and Regression Testing.
11. Proven ability to successfully work with other team members across departments and levels of authority.
12. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
13. Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. 
14. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
15. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
16. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
17. Flexible during times of change and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
18. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
19. Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, under minimal direction, on multiple projects.
20. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and ability to manage development team from different country.
21. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
22. Strong problem solving and debugging skills.
