The duties involve planning, monitoring, and developing tasks assigned by Bursar, as well as independently implementing strategies as directed by the department or Bursar.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>Responsible for the team growth and serve as a team leader;</li> <li>Manage departmental operation budget and costing according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable;</li> <li>Develop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plan, customer /student satisfactions;</li> <li>Strategically plan and execute targeted recruitment media campaign to establish talent pools</li> <li>Participate in student recruitment, marketing activities, and the development of other team members (telemarketing, consultation);</li> <li>Participate in marketing operation activities such as hostel booking, transportation, etc.;</li> <li>Travel or outstation within Sarawak (exclusively on weekend, Saturday and Sunday);</li> <li>Identify strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information;</li> <li>Able to provide quality decision making and identify new opportunities for team growth;</li> <li>Manage the recruitment process, training and development for the new and existing staff; and</li> <li>Support SD in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.</li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li>At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in the related field;</li> <li>Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialect;</li> <li>Computer literate, MS Office/Excel;</li> <li>Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skill;</li> <li>Have significant experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an added advantage;</li> <li>Sense of ownership and pride in performance; and</li> <li>Possess own transportation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience of working Sales or other related position</li> <li>Possess strong communication skills, problem solving, delegation skill</li> <li>Possess own transportation</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/672480475ce0b50008ca1092" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
