Expected to provide efficient, high-quality coordination and documentation support to assist in the day-to-day operation of the CCP team.

CCP Operation

• To assist in administering and monitoring all activities of CCP, ensuring that it is operating smoothly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required relating to the functions and responsibilities of CCP whenever required.
• To actively communicate within the team and partner institutions in a cooperative and goodwill manner.
• Support the Manager and GCCO in ensuring effective, efficient and consistent implementation of activities with partner colleges.
• To participate in the organisation’s development, if necessary.
• Maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with existing and potential partners.

Coordination and Support

• All correspondence and documentation of the partner institution is accurate, completed and distributed as per the agreed timeframes.
• All records are effectively maintained (both hardcopy and softcopy).
• Establish and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database.

Quality Compliance

• Effective implementation, review and updating of the Quality Management Plan.
• Working closely with the Manager and Director in incorporating strategy and ensuring the Centre accomplishes defined objectives
• Reviewing and monitoring the project-specific process, procedures and work instructions.

Staff Development

• Makes suggestions for improvements to current ways of working. Shows a willingness to learn.
• Looks to improve the efficiency and quality of service of their own role/area
• Achieve all KPI’s set by the Centre annually

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative work related
• Good communication in English
• Preferably experience in the education industry
