• Teach undergraduate and/or post-graduate courses in one or several areas.
• Engage in high-quality research and publish in reputable academic journals.
• Develop and update course curricula to reflect industry trends and best practices.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in departmental and university service activities.
• Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to community engagement initiatives.
• Secure external funding for research and projects

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or DBA in Organisational Behaviour / Leadership from an internationally accredited institution.
• Strong record of scholarly publications and a developing research pipeline.
• Demonstrated teaching excellence and student engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online and blended teaching methodologies.
• Proven ability to secure research grants and funding.
• International exposure through academic or industry collaborations, executive education, or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP, SFHEA).
• HRDC TTT certification (preferred).
• Ability to integrate emerging business trends and digital transformation into teaching.
• Strong professional and academic network, locally and internationally.
• Additional multilingual capability is an advantage.
