Job Description
- Responsible to maintain an organized filing system
- Answering phones calls and taking messages
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Managing mail/fax communications
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media platforms.
- Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through the website, emails, marketing campaigns, and inbound calls.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Assist in marketing campaigns and activities.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Independent and good communication skills.
- A good team player, proactive and self-motivated.
