About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to spend 3 months working alongside our marketing team across content, social media, events, and customer campaigns. You won't be making coffee — you'll be helping plan launches, post real content, attend real events, and learn how a full marketing funnel actually works in a small but fast-growing company.

What you'll be doing
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across FB, Instagram, TikTok and XHS
- Assist with content creation — writing captions, designing simple graphics, helping at video shoots
- Support on-ground activations at our 4 outlets and partner events (think mall pop-ups, school visits, brand collabs)
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite — share weekly insights with the team
- Help engage our customer community — replying to comments, running small contests, collecting UGC
- Support new launches like our 5.17 grand opening, gift basket campaign, and birthday packages

Job Requirements

What we're looking for
- Currently studying Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field (any year welcome)
- Comfortable using social media platforms (FB, Instagram, TikTok, XHS)
- Strong written communication in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus
- Organised, self-driven, and not afraid to ask questions
- Available 3 months full-time (occasional weekends needed for events posting)
- Previous content creation, event experience, or part-time customer service is a bonus
