We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist Intern to join our team full-time. This internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in billing operations, accounts receivable processes, and financial documentation within a structured, fast-paced environment.

This role offers flexibility with both day and night shift options and provides exposure to real-world financial systems, client billing procedures, and compliance standards. Interns will work closely with experienced billing professionals while developing practical accounting and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and reviewing invoices for accuracy
• Support payment posting and account reconciliation
• Verify billing data and identify discrepancies
• Maintain organized electronic billing records
• Communicate with internal departments regarding billing updates
• Help process adjustments, credits, and corrections
• Generate basic billing and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in remote or onsite environments
