Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Help Desk Support Specialist Intern to join our IT team. This full-time and part-time internship offers hands-on experience supporting internal users and customers across both onsite and remote environments. Flexible day and night shift options are available to accommodate operational needs and learning schedules.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking real-world IT support experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist users with password resets, account access, and system navigation.
• Support installation, configuration, and updates of software and devices.
• Document issues, resolutions, and user interactions accurately in the help desk system.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with workstation setups, equipment inventory, and onboarding support.
• Maintain professionalism and high customer service standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote settings and collaboratively onsite.
• Willingness to work flexible day or night shifts as required.
