Job Description

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Department.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Follow up on action items and coordinate with the manager
  • Able to maintain strict confidence and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • To assist in the full spectrum of the department and related functions.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with various departments.
  • Prepare sales documents and update the CRM system.
  • Organize and maintain sales records and contracts.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • A can-do attitude is a must.
  • Has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant.
