Job Description

• Supervise product quality customer service and compliance-related activities across all facilities.  
• Track and manage instances of non-conformance. Generate reject reports.  
• Oversee sorting and rework processes.  
• Review returned goods and customer rejections.  
• Support one or more competent roles including Hazardous Chemical & Schedule Waste Management and/or Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator.  
• Manage ESH-related testing activities (e.g. water discharge tests boundary noise assessments etc.).  
• Assist in gathering data for Management System evaluations (Aspect & Impact and Risk & Opportunity Assessments).  
• Participate in internal audits and management reviews serving as the secondary coordinator for external audits.  
• Act as the secondary coordinator during customer visits meetings Gemba walks or audits related to product quality or company compliance.  
• Raise alerts regarding quality concerns arising from suppliers or products notify Head of Department and facilitate prompt action. Conduct root cause analyses for issues and propose corrective actions.  
• Compile reports detailing all quality issues that arise internally or from customer complaints.  
• Oversee supplier compliance reports (RoHS & REACH).  
• Review operational reports and identify any potential risks.  
• Validate and authorize Certificates of Analysis (COA).  
• Assist with internal departmental tasks (obtaining quotations issuing purchase requests requesting stationery etc.).  

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering Environmental Studies or Health and Safety disciplines.  
• Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a relevant area; recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
