Job Description

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing objectives. This includes managing website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
• Ensure brand consistency on all platforms.
• Responsible for social media advertising budget.
• Increase online brand visibility: Optimize website and product pages to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Utilize SEO techniques, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Social media management: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to build brand awareness, engage with the motorcycle gear apparels community, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Proven copy writing experience is an advantage. 
• Background in photography/ videography will be a plus.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field. 
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Assistance Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail industry and specifically in motorcycle gear apparels.
• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing or related field.
• High level of understanding and experience in design, and digital marketing channels, with necessary techniques. 
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools.
• Experience with social media management and advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and graphic design.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills for proofreading text.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the motorcycle gear apparels industry is a plus.
