Job Description

• Assist in daily accounting tasks including POS sales recording, e-wallet, and credit card transactions. 
• Support bookkeeping activities such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoice processing. 
• Perform bank reconciliations and help maintain accurate financial and inventory records. 
• Assist with month-end closing, reporting, sales summaries, and basic profit & loss preparation. 
• Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, payroll assistance, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; internship experience in retail/trading is an advantage. 
• Familiar with POS systems and accounting software (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Site Giant, SQL) is preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) as a bonus. 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team with good communication skills.
