Job Description
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and inventory across e-commerce platforms
- Assist with online order processing, fulfilment, shipment coordination and order status monitoring
- Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers and new product launches
- Monitor e-commerce sales performance, stock availability and prepare basic reports
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Assist with inventory records, stock transfers and coordination between retail stores and internal departments
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree student in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related fields
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
