Job Description

 We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Channel Manager / Key Accounts Executive to oversee and grow our dealer network. This role is critical in ensuring that our partners are engaged, informed, and supported — while driving sales growth and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Regularly visit dealer locations to provide on-the-ground support, address needs, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Promote and sell products to dealers, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Update dealers on new arrivals, promotions, and brand developments in a timely manner.
  • Provide dealers with product knowledge, training, and marketing support to improve sell-through.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide insights or recommendations to management for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in dealer activities, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, sales activities, and dealer feedback.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the dealer network to expand reach and maximize growth.
     

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel management, account management, or sales (preferably in retail, apparel, or lifestyle industries). 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build relationships with diverse dealer partners.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to visit dealers.
  • Passion for motorcycles, apparel, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
