Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;
Customer Engagement &amp; Sales&nbsp;

<li>Provide personalised styling advice and guide customers through the product selection process. </li>
<li>Share in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and brand heritage to enhance the shopping experience. </li>
<li>Proactively work towards achieving individual and store sales targets. </li>

Store Presentation &amp; Merchandising&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. </li>
<li>Ensure all merchandise is presented in the correct sizes, colours, and quantities on the shop floor. </li>
<li>Keep the store, fitting rooms, and display areas clean, tidy, and inviting at all times. </li>
</ul>
Operations &amp; Stock Management&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing stock, including inter-store transfers. </li>
<li>Participate in regular stock counts and support inventory control measures. </li>
<li>Follow all store operating procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. </li>
</ul>
Teamwork &amp; Brand Representation&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Support the Store Manager in daily operations and promotional activities. </li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient, and sales-focused work environment. </li>
