 Company Overview

Dan Qing Pack (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in office administration, documentation management, and daily business operations within a professional working environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Organize, maintain, and update company documents and filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and update internal records or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.
  • Support the team in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Handle basic email correspondence and internal communication.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
     

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 3 months internship duration preferred.

  • Internship Allowance: RM 800 - 1200
  • Location: No. 32 & 34 Jalan Lombong Emas 2, Off, Jln Tun Dr. Ismail, Kawasan Perusahaan Ringan, 70200 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan 
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am - 6pm) & Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
