Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, market research, campaign support, and event preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management
  Schedule and publish social media content, engage with followers, and monitor community channels.
• Content Creation
  Create engaging content, write social media copy, design graphics using Canva/Adobe, and assist with short-form video production.
• Social Media Performance Tracking
  Monitor weekly social media performance, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and other relevant metrics. Prepare simple reports and identify content trends.
• Market Research
  Research industry trends, competitor activities, social media strategies, and trending content ideas.
• Campaign Support
  Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches, email newsletters, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Content & Digital Asset Management
  Maintain organized digital asset folders and assist with updating the marketing content calendar.
• Event & Presentation Support
  Assist with event preparation, digital invitations, presentation materials, visual assets, sales webinars, and client meetings.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or other design tools is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Good command of English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks according to deadlines.

Internship Duration: 3 - 6 month
Location: Templer Light Industry, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) & Sat (Alternate - 9am - 1pm)
