What You’ll Be Doing
- Replying to customer inquiries via WhatsApp & callsÂ
- Managing documents and application recordsÂ
- Following up with customers on submissionsÂ
- Supporting daily admin & operations tasksÂ
- Coordinating with team members and partnersÂ
- Keeping spreadsheets, reports, and files organizedÂ
- Helping the team stay efficient and on trackÂ
Job Requirements
