Job Description

As a Guest Experience Executive, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
This role goes beyond service, it involves coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring every detail of the guest journey is well taken care of.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience across all touchpoints
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally
- Support guests in exploring suitable packages and assist in turning enquiries into confirmed experiences
- Support front-of-house operations and maintain smooth service flow
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and service team for efficient operations
- Assist in event setup, guest coordination, and on-ground execution
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
- Support improvements in service standards and guest experience

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Good communication skills (English; Mandarin is a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
