Job Description

Handle event and catering enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, platforms)
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and event packages
Follow up with leads and support conversion into confirmed bookings
Coordinate event details with clients (menu, timing, setup)
Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth execution
Assist during on-ground events and ensure guest satisfaction
Support in managing event platforms (Oddle, reservations, etc.)

Job Requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
Strong communication skills (English; Mandarin is a plus)
Confident in speaking with clients and handling enquiries
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
