Job Description
At Dandy, operations are the backbone of everything we do. We're looking for an Operations Intern who is curious, organised, and eager to learn how successful restaurants operate behind the scenes.
Locations:
Penang (HQ) and Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations and outlet audits
- Assist with SOP documentation and process improvements
- Analyse operational reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Support outlet openings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
- Work closely with Operations Managers and outlet teams
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree student in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive with a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
