Job Description
At Dandy, we're building a Mediterranean halal chain restaurant brand focused on wholesome food for the modern lifestyle, exceptional guest experiences, and operational excellence.
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple outlets, develop high performing teams, and drive operational consistency as we continue to grow.
Locations:
Penang & Selangor (Travel between outlets is required.)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support outlet management teams across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent service, food quality, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet leaders
- Monitor sales, labour, food cost, productivity, and operational performance
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Drive guest satisfaction and continuously improve the customer experience
- Work closely with kitchen, marketing, HR, and support teams to achieve company goals
Job Requirements
What We Look For
- 3–5 years experience in multi-outlet F&B operations
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs, food safety, and cost control
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach
