Job Description

This role is part of Dandy’s growth journey and is designed to develop strong leaders in front-of-house operations and guest experience.

As an Operations Manager (FOH), you will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience across the outlet.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into:

  • Guest Experience & Training Lead
  • Cross-functional roles (Operations, People & Culture, or Brand Experience)

Job Requirements

You will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations and leading the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

  • Leading and managing front-of-house team performance and service standards
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Managing staff scheduling and manpower planning
  • Ensuring consistency in guest experience, service flow, and hospitality standards
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Working closely with kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations
  • Supporting event execution, guest coordination, and service delivery
  • Monitoring sales performance, service efficiency, and operational improvements
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and overall outlet readiness
