• Investigate & integrate relevant facts and insights (Shopper, Customer & Channel – also integrate Consumer insight by closely working with Marketing) to identify Category and Danone growth opportunities.
• Lead the selection of key growth drivers and define - together with Marketing - the Category Vision and Retailer ‘story line.
• Develop a short term (0-1 year) Category Roadmap by defining the key levers by Channel and Customer to pull for developing the Category & the Danone business. Define levers priorities, target and resources, implementation milestones and build the Category rational ‘sell’ to the Retailers.
• Develop Framework for Channel (including new Channels) and Store Format Strategy by identifying the most relevant and effective Category solutions to maximize horizontal & vertical growth potential and ensure Point of Sale control.
• Develop a customer segmentation and Customer mix management strategy. Propose accordingly the customer investment strategy & sales /profit targets.
• To understand store layout, instore touch point, promotional display types and other instore assets. To ensure DSN can win across instore experiences.
• Lead and develop the campaign promotion and develop an optimized promotional plan to deliver Category and Danone objectives. Control & deliver A&P and Trade Spend optimization. Evaluation and Learning Post-Promotion with recommendations.
• To be able to understand timeline and workflow among cross functions; be able to flag out and control all plans for impactful (and on time) activation.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to conduct monthly business review and reporting by brand leveraging both internal and external market intelligence. Provide recommendations to support business growth.
• Feedback and develop each CCD member (Category and Channel / Channel Activation) to ensure excellence in planning and execution, to develop people skills & career and to attract talent.


Job Requirements

About you

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum 3-5 years of trade marketing experience, etc.
• Basic experience in sales operations will be advantageous.
• Knowledge in customer service principles and practices.
• Proven ability in multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, high attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy.
• Experience in team leadership, management and development (Mandatory).
• Strong business acumen, analytical skill and presentation skills required.
