• Ensure effective Distributor Management & Development.
• To drive overall sales approach based on agreed Channel strategies.
• Actively participating in monthly Demand planning process.
• Participate in Company’s Risk Management initiatives.
• General sales administration and credit control.
• Responsible for Distributors’ accounts, debt recovery and collateral.
• Co-ordinate and implement marketing, trade marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives.
• To develop maximum sales potential from all markets for the Company products.
• Establish good relationship / co-operation with other departments in the company and working as a team towards achieving Company set goals and objectives.
• Budgetary control and ensuring effective/efficient deployment of resources.
• Living and exemplify the Company’s core value.
• Plan and implement Company’s WISE programs.
• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Nutrition.
• Computer literate & able to use general Microsoft Office application.
• Sales and marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Experience in managing multi-national business.
• Have at least 3 to 6 years Sales experience with 3 years management experience in managing distributors, lower trade and general trade business.
• Experience in a manufacturing and marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment preferably in a Nutrition business or medical detailed products business is an added advantage.
• Have strong distributor management skill & knowledge plus well-versed in collateral and debt recovery matters.
