As a P2P Analyst in Invoice Processing, the primary objective is to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of invoices while maintaining compliance with established protocols. This new role is crucial in driving improvements within the invoice processing workflow, enhancing overall operational efficiency, and supporting the financial integrity of the organization. The analyst will serve as a key liaison between the finance team and business units, ensuring timely and precise handling of invoice-related activities.

Key responsibilities & activities:

• Invoice Processing: Efficiently receive, digitize, and sort invoices in accordance with established procedures (mailbox management)
• Verification: Verify the accuracy of invoices by comparing them with purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Digitalization: Facilitate the digitalization of invoices to streamline electronic record-keeping and improve accessibility
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate end-to-end invoice processing within the P2P department
• Process Improvement:Contribute to the enhancement of overall processes to improve efficiency

• Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Understanding of end-to-end P2P process, related tools
• Experience at least 2 years in Finance / Accounting background 
• Good command of oral and written English
• Experienced inSAP is preferred 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel and PowerPoint etc.
