1. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO:
This role is highly sales-driven and performance-orientedTalent Intelligence & Candidate Search
- Research companies and industries to map organizational structures and identify top performers.
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn, internal databases, and industry reports to build target lists.
- Evaluate candidate profiles based on resume, background, and behavioral traits.
- Support consultants in reaching out to and engaging with top-tier candidate
2. Strategic Client Support & Market Insights
a. Learn how to communicate with senior executives in Legal, Compliance, and HR.
- Understand client needs, hiring motivations, team structures, and decision-making processes.
- Prepare candidate reports, market mapping materials, and client-ready insights.
3. Project Coordination & Execution Excellence
a. Track progress across projects and ensure internal systems are up-to-date.
b. Assist in scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining momentum on each search.
c.Support consultants in closing placements and managing long-term candidate relationships.
Job Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Current or recent graduates from top universities in Malaysia.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional business environment
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and commitment to learning and delivery.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and support the team proactively.
