What's the team function?

B2B Sales Team is responsible for:

• Driving growth and expanding our dealer network! We lead B2B outdoor sales, boost our brand presence, and grow market share across Malaysia’s offline channels.

What's your role?

• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers across Malaysia.
• Drive awareness, visibility and strong market presence of the Dasher's smart home appliance brands in offline channels.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for the B2B segment, focusing on outdoor sales initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product display, pricing, and promotions are properly executed.
• Provide product knowledge training to store sales teams to improve sell-through.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance at each outlet, identify gaps, and implement action plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure smooth operations.

Who's there to support you?

You will be handed over with a list of our existing customers/channels as your foundation to build up sales revenue. Your supervisor plays a tutor role for you to adapt and fitting into the role quickly, he will guide you through the industrial nature, customs as well as connection building.

We have our dedicated Technical Support (after-sales) team to assist you on product related query. You will also be working closely with our Procurement and Warehouse team to engage more in terms of products shipment and stock availability.

You also will be involved into various internal and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.

Job Requirements

What's the skill required?

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken). You'll be dealing with dealers across the board.
• Hungry. For income, for growth, for wins. This role rewards people who push!
• You understand the nature of a sales role. This means you'll attend to dealer inquiries even after normal hours.
• Own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
