What's Your Role?
You’re not just a Digital Marketing Executive — you’re the one connecting the dots between our brands and the influencers who bring it to life. You’ll shape how we show up online and make our brand stand out across social media!
 

Responsibilities:

1. Influence & Inspire: Plan and execute creative influencer marketing strategies that grow our brand across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
   
2. KOLs & KOCs Connections: Find and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) who fit our brand vibe.
   
3. Campaign Management: Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish — from ideas to execution — and make sure every campaign delivers engaging, impactful content.
   
4. Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with influencers to create fun, authentic, and scroll-stopping content that keeps our brand in the spotlight.
   
5. Liaison with Brand Principals: Be the bridge between our team and brand principals — syncing ideas, approvals, and collaborations to keep every campaign on-brand and on-point.
   
6. Stay Ahead of the Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
   
7. Performance Insight: Track and analyze campaign results to uncover insights and ideas that help us grow and improve every time.

Job Requirements

What's the skill required?

• Multilingual Magic: Command over 中文, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply!
• Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially in influencer campaigns. Experience in e-commerce is a bonus!
• Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu — you know how each platform works and what clicks with audiences.
• People Skills: Great communication and negotiation abilities to build strong, lasting relationships with influencers.
• Creative Thinker: You bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas that get people talking.
• Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable working with data, analyzing performance, and finding ways to improve results.
• Trend Awareness: You stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
