Job Summary:

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling walk-in warranty customers, warranty parcel packing and shipment arrangement, receiving parcels from couriers, identifying parcel sources, and entering them into our internal system for recording purposes. Additionally, the officer will maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the front desk area and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Assist customers with warranty claims, including the packaging and shipment of warranty items.
• Receive parcels from couriers and ensure they are properly labelled and directed to the appropriate department or person.
• Identify the source of each parcel and enter the information into our internal system for recording purposes.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the front desk area, including the reception area, waiting area, and other public spaces.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the company.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome. 
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge is compulsory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach to work
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days a week. (Monday- Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm)
