What's the team function?

Content Strategy Team is responsible for:

• Raising brand awareness of Dasher and its associated brands (70mai, Dreame, Levoit, Xiaomi etc) on Social Media platforms.
• Create high quality, engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Concreting customer loyalty throughout engaging content.

What's your role?

• Create fun, creative, and engaging TikTok videos that resonate with our target audience.
• Research and stay updated on TikTok trends to produce viral-worthy content.
• Collaborate with the business and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and align content with brand objectives.
• Showcase products through storytelling, tutorials, and entertaining formats to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Plan and execute content strategies tailored for TikTok, focusing on audience engagement and growth.
• Analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements for better reach, engagement and conversion.

Who’s there to support you?

You and your team will be provided with equipment needed for video shoots and editing efficiently. Our live hosts are always ready to help out as talents for your video-shoots too! You will be collaborating with our in-house eCommerce team and Digital Marketing team to align TikTok strategies with brand goals.

You will be involved in various internal training and sharing sessions about the latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you'll get a chance to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision-making meetings!

Job Requirements

What's the skill required?

• Good command (both spoken and written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English 
• Bubbly, creative and confident personality
• Good team player and willing to go extra miles
• Experience or background of Videographer, Marketing, Ecommerce, Mass Communication, Media, Social Media would be an added advantage!
