JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Resolves clients request or problems at the customer sites
  • Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer
  • Involved in any additional follow-up,testing and troubleshooting
  • Check and maintain own warehouse regularly
  • Provide accurate and timely inputs to Call Centre Status of work

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Information Technology,Computer Science or its equivalent
  • Preferably at least 1 year of customer support experience/ technical
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
