Job Description

As a Customer Service Tean Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team and ensuring they consistently meet performance metrics through coaching, motivation and accountability. Here is what's waiting for you:

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Contact Centre/ BPO environment with a strong industry background, including 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in managing multi-channel operations, including telephone, email, chat and social media.
  • Adept in English verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in verbal Mandarin communication.
  • Holding a minimum of SPM
  • Motivating and mentoring leader, driving your team to excel and achieve performance goals.
  • Adept at staying cool under pressure, ensuring every task is seen through to completion
  • Multitasking leader, adept at setting priorties and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive success.
  • Thrive under pressure in a high-paced, high-pressure environment
