Job Description

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Customer Service Executive

  •  Handle customer inquiries and issues via live chat and email professionally
    • Manage and resolve escalation cases from the system
    • Provide accurate information and timely support to customers
    • Maintain good customer experience and service quality
    • Make approximately 10–15 outbound calls per week when necessary
    • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Working Location:
📍 UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya

Working Hours:
• Rotational shift between 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM
• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour lunch break)
• 5 working days per week
• 2 off days per week (off days may not be consecutive)

Salary & Benefits:
💰 Basic Salary: RM3,300
💰 KPI Allowance: RM500 after 3-month probation

Intake Date:
📅 8 June 2026


Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / UEC / equivalent academic qualification
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand both Mandarin and English
• No working experience required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
