Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through multiple communication channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Perform follow-up and other customer support-related administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, UEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service experience is an added advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable).
