Job Description

 1. Retention Campaign Ownership (CORE)

Plan & execute monthly retention calendar

Repeat purchase campaigns 

Inactive customer reactivation 

VIP / high-value customer rewards 

Fully responsible for campaign results

2. Customer Segmentation & Database Control

Segment customers into: 

New / Active / VIP / Churned 

Maintain clean and structured customer database 

Consolidate data from: 

Shopee 

TikTok 

WhatsApp / CRM 

3. Revenue from Existing Customers

Drive minimum X% of monthly revenue from returning customers 

Monitor: 

Repeat Purchase Rate 

Revenue contribution from existing customers

4. Customer Lifecycle Automation

Build and manage: 

Abandoned cart follow-up 

Post-purchase engagement 

Inactive customer reminders 

Optimize journey to reduce drop-off


Job Requirements

  • Experience & Background

Minimum 1–2 years experience in E-commerce / CRM / Digital Marketing / Retention Marketing 

Experience handling platforms such as: 

Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada 

WhatsApp CRM / Email marketing tools 

Exposure to campaign execution with measurable results (not just posting or replying)
