Job Description

KOL & Influencer Management

  • Source, recruit, and manage suitable KOLs, influencers, creators, and affiliates aligned with brand positioning. 
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agency partners. 
  • Coordinate KOL campaigns, product seeding, collaborations, and paid partnerships. 
  • Negotiate collaboration rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign expectations. 
  • Ensure all KOL content aligns with brand image, campaign direction, and company objectives. 
  • Monitor influencer performance, engagement, and ROI effectiveness. 

Affiliate Program Management

  • Build and expand company affiliate network across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms. 
  • Manage affiliate onboarding, communication, performance tracking, and retention. 
  • Develop affiliate incentive structures and performance strategies to drive sales growth. 
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, promo activities, and commission structures with affiliates. 
  • Monitor affiliate compliance with company branding and promotional guidelines.

 

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute monthly KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns. 
  • Coordinate campaign timelines with Marketing, Livestream, E-commerce, and Creative teams. 
  • Prepare campaign briefs, content direction, and communication guidelines. 
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables and posting schedules. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose improvement strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, PR, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in KOL, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce industry. 
  • Experience handling TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Instagram collaborations, or livestream campaigns is highly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, influencer ecosystem, and digital consumer behaviour. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Able to work in fast-paced and performance-driven environment. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
