A. LIVESTREAM HOSTING RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct livestream sessions according to the schedule arranged by the Company
• Promote and explain products professionally during livestream sessions
• Engage with viewers actively to increase audience retention, interaction, and sales conversion
• Maintain positive energy, professionalism, and good communication during live sessions
• Understand product knowledge, promotions, campaigns, and selling points before each livestream
• Achieve sales targets, KPI performance, and conversion goals set by the Company
• Assist in creating a positive brand image during livestream sessions
• Handle audience questions and feedback professionally during live sessions
• Cooperate with the production and backend team during livestream operations

B. PRODUCTION ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in livestream preparation before each session
• Support product arrangement, stock preparation, and livestream setup
• Assist in pinning and unpinning products during livestream sessions
• Coordinate with hosts, admins, and management team to ensure smooth livestream flow
• Monitor livestream dashboard performance and basic operational data
• Assist in reading comments and highlighting important customer inquiries during livestream sessions
• Ensure livestream area, equipment, and product display remain organized and presentable
• Support troubleshooting and coordination during operational issues
• Assist management team during campaigns, events, and special livestream arrangements

C. ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Follow working schedules, shift arrangements, and management instructions properly
  • Maintain punctuality, attendance discipline, and operational readiness
  • Submit reports, updates, or task progress when requested by management
  • Maintain proper communication with superior and team members at all times
  • Immediately report any emergency, absence, or operational issue to direct superior
  • Protect Company confidential information, sales data, and operational strategies
  • Comply with Company SOP, policies, and operational procedures

D. GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork within the livestream department
• Avoid behavior that may disrupt team harmony or operational workflow
• Be flexible in supporting additional operational duties assigned by management when necessary
• Continuously improve livestream performance, communication skills, and product presentation quality

Job Requirements

•   Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in livestream, retail sales, customer service, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with live audiences
  • Good communication and speaking skills in Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak English and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Confident, energetic, and able to engage viewers during livestream sessions
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or livestream platforms is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, public holidays, or night shifts based on operational requirements
  • Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow management instructions professionally
  • Good teamwork and communication skills with hosts, admins, and management team
  • Able to handle pressure and multitask during livestream operations
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends, online selling techniques, and customer engagement is an advantage
  • Physically presentable, positive attitude, and willing to learn
  • Must maintain good attendance and punctuality record
  • Ability to adapt quickly to operational changes and campaign arrangements
