Job Description

• Achieve monthly online sales target provided by company.
• Able to learn more regarding to the E-commerce market in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Responsible for digital communication through social media platforms.
• Support with regular competitor and sales analysis for Singapore market and study new e-commerce trends on a regular basis.
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
• Organize Retail & Online monthly promotional events
• Assist in carrying out Marketing campaigns and social media strategies with a strong focus and understanding of the platforms needs
• Design of monthly online advertising materials.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design,Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related discipline.
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome or Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Must be communicate with fluent English and Mandarin.
4. Must be Familiar with the beauty (Skincare & Haircare) industry and able to adjust with the changing trends of social media and digital trends.
5. Positive thinking individual who is able to proactively contribute to the company’s goals.
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
7. Good communications and presentation skill
8. Creativity and commercial awareness.
9. Skills in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage.
10. Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and e-commerce (Lazada / Shopee / Qoo10 / Zalora / Amazon)
