Job Description

• Handle data entry and filing for all accounting records.
• Maintain and update financial records to ensure accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking.
• Record and verify daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in monthly account reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
• Ensure all accounting documents are organized and properly filed.
• Manage e-Invoicing processes and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Attend accounting courses/training when required to stay updated on relevant financial regulations.
• Support the manager with general administrative and accounting tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks).
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing processes is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Willing to attend accounting courses or training when required.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and ensure records are updated promptly.
