Job Description

The Marketing Executive –Digital Marketing & E-Commerce will be responsible for managing the company’s online sales channels and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This role combines e-commerce management, performance marketing, and content-driven brand marketing across digital platforms including website, social media, marketplaces, and paid advertising channels.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about beauty brands, with experience managing online campaigns and optimizing e-commerce performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing :

  •  Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  •  Manage campaign budgets and optimize for ROAS and conversions.

Ecommerce Management:

  •  Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online store/platforms
  •  Ensure product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
  •  Coordinate product launches, promotions, and online merchandising.
  •  Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
  •  Work with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.

Influencer Outreach, Collaboration & Affiliate Marketing:

  • influencer partnerships, collaborations, affiliate campaigns, and content creation projects, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.
  • Support the marketing team in identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers, content creators, affiliates and brand ambassadors to amplify brand awareness and reach new audiences.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  •  Track and report key digital marketing metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
  •  Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  •  Assist in analytics insights to recommend campaign improvements and growth strategies.
  •  Assist in customer retention programs, loyalty campaigns, and remarketing strategies.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 
  • Diploma holders in Marketing or related field, with 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce will be considered
  • Experience in retail beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Familiar with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
  • Familiar with Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for beauty branding
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
