Mission

&nbsp;We are seeking an experienced Live Commerce Manager to lead and drive the performance of live selling on TikTok and Shopee platforms. This role involves managing a team of live hosts, planning campaign strategies, and collaborating across departments to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
<ol>
<li>Live Host Management (Operational)</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Organize and monitor live host schedules (15–20 hosts).</li>
<li>Ensure live slots are consistent and meet daily/weekly live hour targets.</li>
<li>Train and coach hosts on pitching, engagement, compliance, and energy.</li>
<li>Monitor each host’s performance (viewer count, conversion, GMV).</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between live hosts and HQ for issues/feedback.</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Campaign &amp; Strategy (Platform)</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Work with TikTok &amp; Shopee Account Managers to capture campaign opportunities.</li>
<li>Integrate campaign calendars, vouchers, mega sales into live plans.</li>
<li>Plan ads (TikTok Ads/Shopee Ads) to support key live sessions.</li>
<li>Analyze live data (CTR, CVR, GMV, AOV) and provide improvement strategies.</li>
<li>Develop creative content angles (hooks, storytelling, upsell strategies).</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Cross-team Collaboration</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to align promotions and creative assets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Inventory &amp; Operations teams to ensure stock availability.</li>
<li>Prepare regular performance reports for Management.</li>
</ul>
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
<ul>
<li>95% of live slots filled weekly.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly GMV target through live selling.</li>
<li>Increase conversion rate &amp; AOV each quarter.</li>
<li>At least 70% of hosts maintain “above standard” performance.</li>
<li>Participate in 100% of major campaigns (Mega Sales, Payday, Double Digit).</li>
<li>Positive ROI on ads (ROAS &gt; X).</li>
</ul>

Nice to Have (Bonus):
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a live host.</li>
<li>Existing network with TikTok/Shopee Account Managers.</li>
<li>Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging live content ideas.</li>
</ul>
