Job Details

Position: Restaurant Manager (餐厅经理)

Location: D2-G3-03 Publika Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur
Pay: RM 4,500.00 - RM 6,600.00 per month

Job Requirements | 我们希望您
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in the F&B industry (具餐饮管理或相关主管经验者优先).
Strong leadership, motivational, and people-management skills (具备优秀的团队领导与沟通协调能力).
Passionate about the food & beverage industry and delivering high-quality customer service (对餐饮行业充满热忱，注重优质服务).
Responsible, proactive, and problem-solving oriented (工作认真负责，积极主动，具备危机处理能力).
Financial literacy to manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and inventory (能有效管理日常运营、排班及库存).
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (能配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作).

Job Requirements

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, hygiene, health, and food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall standards of the restaurant.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Management from time to time.
