Job Details

• Position: Waiter / Waitress (服务员)
• Location: D2-G3-03 Publika Solaris Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur
• Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month (+ Service Incentive)

• Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed menu recommendations to elevate the dining experience.
• Efficiently take food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate dietary preferences accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of fine/exquisite Chinese cuisine service etiquette.
• Assist with table setups, side station prep, dining room cleanliness, and prompt table turnover.
• Handle customer inquiries, assist with bill payments, and deliver attentive, hospitable service to resolve minor customer concerns proactively.

• Passionate about the food & beverage industry and delivering high-quality customer service (对餐饮行业充满热忱，注重优质服务).
• Relevant experience in F&B is preferred; outstanding fresh candidates/entry-level applicants are welcome to apply (具相关工作经验者优先，欢迎优秀新人应聘).
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work (工作认真负责，积极主动).
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills (具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力).
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English to interact with diverse guests.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (能配合轮班，周末及公共假期工作).
