As a Sports Advisor, your mission is to ensure that every customer departs our store feeling ‘satisfied or delighted’. From providing a warm and professional greeting to streamlining the payment process, your focus is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience consistently. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement
<ul>
<li>Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.</li>
<li>Fully dedicate yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction and finding suitable resolutions for all situations (returns, complaints, checkout, etc.).</li>
<li>Educate customers about our omni-channel brand offerings across the entire range of products of interest.</li>
<li>Understand the technical specifications and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend the right products and services to customers, regardless of stock availability.</li>
<li>Expand the customer network both in-store and online to nurture personal relationships.</li>
<li>Share your passion for sports and assist customers in exploring new activities.</li>
<li>Enhance customer engagement by promoting the subscription and registration of loyalty cards.</li>
<li>Participate in community sports events near the store.</li>
</ul>
2. Contributions to Decathlon Malaysia
<ul>
<li>Understand the department’s goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.</li>
<li>Encourage innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience.</li>
<li>Maximize Decathlon Malaysia's sales using available resources and commercial tools.</li>
<li>Organize the store layout according to implementation standards and guidelines.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality implementation based on customer satisfaction metrics (FCS).</li>
<li>Maintain an appealing layout with well-displayed products to enhance customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure stock accuracy and availability through the automatic replenishment system.</li>
<li>Raise awareness of Decathlon Connect among all stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
3. Ensuring Safety for All
<ul>
<li>Implement fundamental safety and security standards across departments.</li>
<li>Understand and uphold the preventive guidelines and procedures for fire safety and evacuation.</li>
<li>Apply and enforce all security protocols related to personnel, products, and cash, actively contributing to loss prevention efforts.</li>
<li>Follow the product safety policy, including tracking sensitive products, managing use-by dates, and ensuring compliance with standard adjustments.</li>
</ul>
4. Personal Growth and Development Skills

<li>Understand and manage your personal development and training plans.</li>
