1. Customer Engagement

<li>Expand our customer network both in-store and online to better understand their needs and build personal connections.</li>
<li>Share your passion for sports and assist customers in exploring new activities.</li>
<li>Enhance customer information by encouraging loyalty card registrations.</li>
<li>Engage in community sports events in the vicinity of the store.</li>

2. Contributions to Decathlon Malaysia
<ul>
<li>Understand departmental goals and collaborate with the team to achieve them.</li>
<li>Encourage innovation and enhance the in-store sports experience.</li>
<li>Maximize Decathlon Malaysia’s sales performance by utilizing available resources and commercial tools effectively.</li>
<li>Organize store layout in accordance with implementation principles and guidelines.</li>
<li>Create high-quality implementations based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) framework.</li>
<li>Maintain organized store displays to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Utilize the automatic replenishment system to ensure stock accuracy and availability.</li>
<li>Raise awareness of Decathlon Connect among all stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
3. Ensuring Safety for People and Products
<ul>
<li>Implement basic safety and security protocols in your departments.</li>
<li>Understand and enforce fire safety and evacuation guidelines.</li>
<li>Apply and uphold all security measures related to personnel, inventory, and cash, actively combating shrinkage.</li>
<li>Adhere to product safety policies, including standardized adjustments and traceability for sensitive items and expiration dates.</li>
</ul>
4. Development and Skills Enhancement
